What We Do

You will receive a packet laying out our favorite items, and best methods to support a healthy pregnancy. We also provide questions to ask your provider to make sure you have the right team for your care. Our birth classes cover these basics as well.
Our clients find such value in being able to text or call us with questions they have through out the pregnancy. Think of us as your birth concierge.

Having a baby should be a positive experience, our main focus is to empower and prepare you for birth. Our birth classes will help you and your partner prepare emotionally and physically for all labor and birth scenarios.
When you hire us to be at your birth, we will be there to put what you learned in class in practice and make sure you feel supported and confident in your options during labour.

Postpartum Care
Our job isn’t done once delivery is over. Your doula will stay with you after your birth to provide continued support. We make sure your birth plan wishes for yourself and your newborn are carried out and can help with basics of breastfeeding. We believe postpartum is such an important time and we schedule a visit with you once you go home and get settled.
